HMRC/Concentrix telephones
HMRC are aware that their partners Concentrix are struggling to deal with heavy demand from claimants trying to contact them. We will provide information about any contingency arrangements if they become available.
HMRC have told us that they are also experiencing what they call ‘unprecedented levels of demand’ on the HMRC tax credits intermediaries helpline, and intermediaries and advisers using this line are asked to call between 14.30 and 16.00 if possible, when HMRC expect the line to be less busy
