HMRC tax credits renewals video
HMRC have produced a short video about tax credit renewals. The video gives an overview of the renewals process and explains how to tell whether a claimant has received a reply-required renewal pack or an auto-renewal pack. It also explains how to renew and what happens if claimants don't renew on time.
