HMRC withdraws webchat service for tax credits
HMRC are withdrawing their online webchat service for tax credits from 1 December 2021.
HMRC’s other contact channels for tax credits are not affected and will continue as normal and claimants will still be able to use HMRC’s online ‘Manage my tax credits’ service and their personal tax account.
