UC passported benefits - Free School Meals (England) UPDATE
The legislation which brings into force the income limit for entitlement to free school meals in England for families receiving UC was laid on 7 February 2018 and highlighted in our blog.
The legislation is due to come into effect from 1 April 2018 but before then, there are 2 parliamentary challenges which will mean it must be debated in both the House of Commons and the House of Lords.
