Universal Credit helpline charges

The Secretary of State has announced that calls to the DWP universal credit helpline will become free of charge in November.

The DWP confirm that they will publish details of any related new telephone numbers ahead of the change and also that freephone numbers will be rolled out to all remaining DWP customer phone services by the end of the year.
