Child Benefit helpline for intermediaries

HMRC have advised that their telephone helpline service for intermediaries dealing with Child Benefit has been de-commissioned and the number is no longer in service.

This change does not affect the standard child benefit helpline nor other contact channels. Contact details for HMRC for Child Benefit are available on the GOV.UK website.

HMRC do offer an extra support service for people who require extra support when contacting HMRC.
