UPDATE :  9 January 2023

HMRC have advised that the tax credit intermediaries helpline is now working.

 

 

HMRC have advised that there is currently a fault on their tax credits intermediaries helpline.

They are working to get the fault resolved as soon as possible.

We will update this message if we hear more from HMRC.
