Draft Universal Credit (Managed Migration) Regulations 2018: SSAC report and government statement


The Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC) report on the draft Universal Credit (Managed Migration) Regulations 2018, and the Government’s response have been published..

Several of the SSAC recommendations have been accepted or accepted in part. 

The SSAC report and Government response are available on the GOV.UK website
