HMRC Intermediary authorisation form, TC689 – PDF version now available
Following requests from LITRG and other organisations, HMRC have agreed to re-introduce the TC689 form (authorisation to act on claimant’s behalf) in a PDF format so that, where required, the form can be downloaded and completed to be posted to HMRC – ‘print and send’.
The TC689 form is now available as either an on-line form for direct submission or as a downloadable PDF.
