HMRC research and analysis - Tax Credits proliferation

HMRC have published latest research looking at how tax credit claimants feel about receiving SMS reminders to renew their tax credits.

The research and analysis was undertaken to help HMRC understand the customer experience of receiving SMS reminder messages from them and how clamaints could be encouraged to renew before the deadline.

It consisted of 7 in-depth interviews and 7 focus groups and was undertaken between August and November 2017.
