Tax Credit Renewals - HMRC extend helpline opening hours

The Tax credit renewal deadline is 31 July. This year, the date falls on a Sunday and HMRC have confirmed they will extend their usual weekend opening hours on their helpline for people who want to  phone in to complete their renewal.

The opening hours will be:

Saturday, 30 July: 8 am - 10pm

Sunday, 31 July:  10am - 8pm

The digital service is available 24 hours a day for people who want to renew on-line and the additional webchat service which offers individual support on-line will be available until midnight on Sunday 31 July.
