Universal Credit - surplus earnings threshold

The Secretary of State has published a determination covering universal credit which extends the temporary de minimus period relating the relevant threshold for surplus earnings to 31 March 2023. 

It means that the universal credit surplus earnings threshold will remain at £2,500 to 31 March 2023.
