Tax Credits: Leaflets

The tax credits system ended on 5 April 2025. This section of the site remains in place for ongoing tax credit issues such as  tax credit debts, disputes, appeals, complaints and compliance checks. 

This section gives details of all tax credits leaflets produced by HMRC.

It is split into two sections. In the first section, you will find a full list of current leaflets along with a brief explanation of what each one covers. Not all leaflets have been updated for 2025/26 due to the ending of the tax credits system so this section shows the latest version of each leaflet. 

The second section contains previous (archived) versions of current leaflets as well as leaflets that are no longer published. This section is especially useful for advisers who are assisting claimants with old disputes or appeals.
